This Privacy Policy explains how Schedule The Salary ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign in (handled by Firebase Authentication). We do not see or store your password ourselves — Firebase manages authentication credentials on our behalf.
• Profile and subscription data: your name, email address, subscription status, and subscription start/end dates, stored in our database (Cloud Firestore) so the app can show your account and subscription state.
• Device identifier: a device identifier used to associate your account with the device you registered from.
• Salary and budgeting data you enter: the salary, expense, and budget planning information you enter into the app, stored so it's available across sessions.
• Purchase information: if you subscribe, your purchase is processed directly by Apple's App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its subscription period, but we do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple/Google/Huawei under their own privacy policies.

How we use this information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To provide the app's core functionality (salary scheduling and budget planning).
• To verify and manage your subscription status.
• To enforce single-device usage where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate the app, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database hosting.
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery — subscription purchase processing, when you subscribe through the respective store.

Data retention

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below).

Your choices

• You can sign out of the app at any time.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
